Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe🍪⬇️ With Cookie Stick Variation Ingredients: • 1/2 cup melted margarine • 1 cup brown sugar • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 large egg • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • Chocolate chips, to taste Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted margarine and both sugars. Mix on medium speed until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. 2. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. For traditional cookies, scoop the dough into evenly-sized balls and place them about two inches apart. • For the cookie stick variation, shape the dough into a log, then flatten it onto the parchment paper. 4. Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown. 5. Allow the cookies to cool before serving. Enjoy!
