Vehicle struck a tree on Route 17M

Emergency crews responded to a serious accident on Route 17M near Bull Mill Road, where a vehicle struck a tree. Blooming Grove EMS, Blooming Grove Police Department, and Chester Fire Department were all on scene assisting.
