United Hatzalah volunteer, Dr. Adam Ballin, discusses United Hatzalah's October 7th response with CNN. He speaks about the 1,700+ volunteers that responded, as well as the vehicles dispatched, the field hospital they set up, and their improvised landing strip to evacuate the wounded with helicopters. They quickly ran short of supplies.
