Car Struck a Bicyclist & Fled The Scene At Mountain Avenue & West Maple Avenue

A car struck a bicyclist and fled the scene at the corner of Mountain Avenue and West Maple Avenue in Monsey. Ramapo Police and Hatzoloh are responding to the incident.
