Real TeShuva, as explained by Rabbi Yaron Reuven in his shiur, is the act of genuine and sincere repentance according to the laws of Mussar Pirkei Avot. It involves recognizing and admitting one's mistakes and committing to change one's ways. This form of repentance is not just about asking for forgiveness, but also about making a real effort to rectify past wrongs and improve oneself.
